Shimla, July 14 -- A special CBI court in Shimla on Tuesday sentenced four private persons to two years' imprisonment and imposed a total fine of Rs 80,000 in three bank fraud cases relating to fraudulent Kisan Credit Card (KCC) loans obtained from the State Bank of India (SBI), Dehra branch in Himachal Pradesh.
The convicted persons have been identified as Bachitter Singh, Roshan Lal, Harkirat Singh and Shammi. The court had convicted all four accused on July 6 and pronounced the sentence on Tuesday.
