Cartoonists of national repute to join three-day Basohli Utsav in Kathua from Oct 19

Jammu, Sept. 27 -- Leading cartoonists are set to attend this year's three-day 'Basohli Utsav' scheduled to be held from October 19 to 21 in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.

'Basohli Utsav' is an annual feature being organised bringing together culture, art, heritage and creativity from across the region under one umbrella.

As per a handout, the special cartoon segment will feature four well-known cartoonists from outside Jammu and Kashmir including Sagar Kumar, an internationally recognised cartoonist from Chhattisgarh; Subhani from Telangana, Manoj Kuril, a well-known cartoonist recognised across India and Madhav Joshi.
