Hyderabad, April 28 -- Senior IPS officer C V Anand has been appointed as the Director General of Police (Head of Police Force), Telangana.
According to an official order issued by Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao, Anand, a 1991-batch IPS officer, has been transferred from his current position as Special Chief Secretary to the Government, Home Department, and posted as DGP in the Apex Scale of Rs 2,25,000 (fixed).
