Hyderabad, March 10 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Tuesday said the party would strongly raise issues in the upcoming Assembly budget session to expose what he termed the Congress government's failure to implement its promises.

Speaking to the media after a joint orientation meeting of BRS MLAs and MLCs at Golconda Resort, KTR said the meeting was held to chalk out the party's strategy for the budget session.

He noted that the upcoming budget would be the third budget of the Congress government and pointed out that half of the government's tenure has already passed, while the time given by the people to fulfil election promises has also expired.
