Hyderabad, Oct. 9 -- Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud on Friday alleged that the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) had a secret understanding with the BJP and was remaining silent on alleged irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.

Talking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan, Mahesh Kumar Goud questioned why BRS leaders K Chandrashekar Rao, K T Rama Rao and T Harish Rao were not speaking out against the Election Commission's handling of the revision process or organising protests against the alleged deletion of voters' names.
