New Delhi, June 1 -- BRICS countries will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence on creative industries and ways to strengthen efforts to recover cultural artefacts from abroad as part of a series of cultural-track meetings leading up to a ministerial gathering in August, officials from the Ministry of Culture said on Monday during a press briefing.

The discussions will take place during the upcoming BRICS Culture Working Group meeting in Varanasi, scheduled for June 4 and 5, where member countries will deliberate on issues including intellectual property rights in the age of AI, protection of cultural heritage, return of cultural property, and the role of culture in sustainable development.
