Mumbai, Aug. 28 -- The Bombay High Court on Friday reserved its order on a petition filed by Satish Salian, father of Disha Salian, who worked as a manager for late actor Sushant Singh Rajput and died after falling from a building in Mumbai in June 2020.

A division bench comprising Justices Sarang Kotwal and R R Bhonsale reserved its order after hearing arguments from both sides.

In his petition Salian claimed that Disha's death was not accidental but a brutal rape and murder that was politically orchestrated to cover-up and protect certain influential persons.

He has sought a fair and thorough investigation, alleging that the police failed to register his complaint.
