Mumbai April 29 (UNI) The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted bail to Sharad Kalaskar, who was convicted in the 2013 murder of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar.Kalaskar had challenged his conviction, delivered on May 10, 2024, by Special Court Judge P. P. Jadhav, and sought interim bail pending the final hearing of his appeal. A division bench of Justices Ajey Gadkari and R.R. Bhonsale allowed the plea.
