Mumbai, July 29 -- The Bombay High Court on Wednesday directed the Maharashtra government to furnish details of inspections conducted by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) at food facilities operated by government and semi-government institutions, statutory bodies, and agencies engaged through government contracts.

Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Ravindra V Ghuge and Justice Gautam A Ankhad gave directions during the hearing of a petition filed by Sanjay Nirbhavane, HR head of a Navi Mumbai five-star hotel, against the suspension of its FSSAI licence following alleged breaches of food safety regulations.
