Bokaro, March 9 -- Panic gripped the Bokaro Civil Court on Monday after authorities received an email threatening to blow up the court complex with cyanide bombs. Officials immediately evacuated the premises and launched a large-scale search operation.

According to police sources, the threatening email claimed that 14 cyanide bombs had been planted inside the court complex and warned that explosions would occur if the area was not evacuated by 1 pm.

The message, sent to the official email account of the court registrar,also referenced Pakistan's intelligence agency, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), and the state of Tamil Nadu, adding to the seriousness of the threat.
