La Paz, April 10 -- Bolivia will face Scotland in a friendly in the United States ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the South American country's football federation said.
The clash will be played in New Jersey on June 6, five days before the start of the tournament in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
"This international fixture pits us once again against a World Cup team and forms part of our preparation to face the South American qualifiers on the road to the 2030 World Cup," theBolivian federation said in a statement on Thursday.
