Asuncion, Aug. 19 -- Argentina's Boca Juniors advanced to the Copa Sudamericana quarterfinals with a 4-0 away win over Paraguayan side Recoleta.
Santiago Ascacibar and Sebastian Villa gave the visitors a 2-0 lead on the night before Miguel Merentiel and Alan Velasco added second-half goals at Defensores del Chaco Stadium.
The result gave Boca a 7-1 win on aggregate following its 3-1 first-leg victory in Buenos Aires,according to Xinhua.
"I want to congratulate the players for the game they played," Boca manager Rodolfo Arruabarrena told a post-match press conference.
