Mumbai, April 26 -- The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Mumbai Police on Saturday arrested a civic engineer from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 2.5 lakh as the first instalment from a builder for grant of permission related to a construction site, including storm water drainage clearances, an official said here today,According to the details, unwilling to pay the bribe, the complainant approached the ACB's Mumbai unit and lodged a formal complaint.
