BLOs in Uttarakhand move fast; 13 complete SIR works in eight days

Prithviraj SinghDehradun, June 16 -- While BLOs engaged in the Special Intensive Revision(SIR) of electoral rolls might have faced difficulties in other parts of the country, but in Uttarakhand they have moved fast with completion of their tasks in mere eight days.

At least 13 Booth Level Officials(BLOs) in Uttarakhand have completed their SIR Work, and the remaining too are done with half their work.

Earlier, complaints of BLOs having faced massive difficulties in the Special Intensive Revision(SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar, West Bengal and other states were reported. However, Uttarakhand's 13 BLOs have already completed their assignment within eight days of starting the drive.
