Patna, Aug. 13 -- BJP Spokesperson Neeraj Kumar Sharma on Thursday hit out at Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor for targeting Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary over the BJP's defeat in the Bankipur Assembly bypoll.

Sharma said Prashant Kishor's statement regarding Bankipur was entirely driven by political bias. He said the people of Bihar had repeatedly expressed their trust in the policies of the BJP and the NDA.

"Blaming Samrat Chaudhary for the result of a single constituency is not only ridiculous, but also reflects apprehension about his personal popularity and organisational capabilities," he said.
