Hyderabad, June 30 -- BJP National President Nitin Nabin on Tuesday exuded confidence that the BJP would form the next government in Telangana, asserting that the party would fight on the strength of its own performance and not on the failures of the Congress.

Addressing the Telangana State Executive Committee meeting at Ghatkesar, Nabin said the BJP's rise from winning just two Lok Sabha seats in 1984 to becoming the world's largest political party reflected the dedication of its booth-level workers. He urged party cadres to intensify efforts to achieve the goals of a "Viksit Telangana" and a "Viksit Bharat" by 2047 under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
