Hamirpur (HP), July 16 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu claimed that the BJP would not be able to win more than 16 seats in the next Assembly elections.
Addressing a public meeting after laying the foundation stone for the new campus of the Hamirpur Municipal Corporation on Wednesday, the Chief Minister said the BJP was divided into five factions and its leaders were fighting among themselves. "They will not allow each other to win," he remarked.
He said that although the BJP currently has 28 MLAs, it would not be able to secure even 16 seats in the next Assembly elections.
