Shimla, Aug. 6 -- BJP Himachal Pradesh president Rajeev Bindal on Thursday accused the Congress government of failing to fulfil its pre-election guarantees and said the party would hold it accountable before the people during the next Assembly elections.

Alleging that the Congress government had not delivered on most of the 10 guarantees promised to voters despite being in office for nearly four years, he claimed that the people of the state were no longer waiting for the guarantees to be implemented but were seeking answers from the government.
