Shimla, July 7 -- Himachal Pradesh BJP president Rajeev Bindal on Tuesday announced that the party would prepare a comprehensive charge sheet on the Congress government's three-and-a-half-year tenure, alleging failure to fulfil election promises and vowing to take the document to every village and town in the state.
Bindal said the charge sheet would focus on what he described as the government's unfulfilled guarantees, anti-people policies, administrative failures and overall governance.
He said it would form the basis of a statewide public outreach campaign aimed at informing people about the government's performance.
