Panchkula, Aug. 26 -- The BJP will launch a month-long 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' in Haryana from September 17 to October 17, marking Prime Minister Narendra Modi's completion of 25 years in public office, with the party planning a series of programmes aimed at expanding public participation and taking its message of welfare and nation-building to the grassroots.
