Sangli, June 22 -- : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Dhairyasheel Kadam won the Sangli-Satara Legislative Council election. In the counting of votes, Kadam got 593 votes, while Mahavikas Aghadi candidate Abhaysinh Jagtap got 292 votes. Mr Kadam won by a huge margin of 301 votes. In total, 9 votes were declared invalid in this election.
