Patna, April 30( UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Surya Kumar Sharma, popularly known as Arvind Sharma, today filed his nomination for the by-election to the Bihar Legislative Council.The bypoll has been necessitated after senior BJP leader Mangal Pandey vacated his Legislative Council seat following his election as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Siwan.
