Hyderabad, June 14 -- Telangana BJP president N. Ramchander Rao on Sunday called upon party workers to intensify grassroots outreach ahead of the upcoming Municipal Corporation elections and alleged that a strong anti-incumbency sentiment was building against the Congress government in the state.

Addressing a BJP workers' meeting at Maharana Pratap Hall in Amberpet in the city, Rao urged party cadres to visit every household and explain what he termed as the failures of the Congress government during its two years in office.
