Bengaluru, March 12 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Thursday alleged that BJP MPs from the state were remaining silent on the issue of LPG shortage and urged them to raise the matter in Parliament to secure relief for the people.
Speaking to reporters here, Shivakumar said the shortage of LPG cylinders was causing difficulties for households as well as commercial establishments, but BJP MPs had not taken up the issue at the national level.
"BJP MPs speak on various matters in Parliament, but they are silent when it comes to the LPG shortage affecting the people of the state. They must raise this issue in Parliament and get justice for the people," he said.
