Jalgaon, May 25 -- Bharatiya Janata Party MP from Jalgaon, Smita Wagh, has been selected for the prestigious Parliament Ratna Award for the second consecutive year in recognition of her performance in the Lok Sabha and active contribution to parliamentary proceedings.
The honour has been announced in view of her active participation in Parliament, consistent raising of public issues and sustained work in the interest of citizens. The jury committee for Parliament Ratna Award 2026 has selected 10 Lok Sabha MPs, two Rajya Sabha members and four members of parliamentary standing committees for this year's recognition.
