Jammu, Feb. 24 -- Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) legislator Dr. Sunil Bhardwaj from Ramnagar constituency will table a resolution in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on March 31 seeking full-fledged district status for Ramnagar.
The second leg of the J&K Assembly session is scheduled to function from March 27 to April 4, 2026. The first phase of the Budget Session began on March 2 and ended on February 20.
However, as per the statement issued by the BJP MLA, he has taken a significant step towards accelerating the development of Ramnagar by moving a resolution to declare it a full-fledged district.
