Agra, Sept. 24 -- Ruling BJP MLA Chhotelal Verma from Fatehabad constituency in Agra, passed away at a private hospital in Noida on Thursday night. The 73-year-old Chhotelal Verma had been suffering from a fever for several days.
Two days earlier, on September 22, he was admitted to Upadhyay Hospital in Agra, after his health deteriorated, he was shifted to Noida.
A family member said MLA Chhotelal Verma had a high fever. When his condition worsened, he was referred to Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi today.
He was being taken to Ganga Ram Hospital by ambulance, but his condition worsened on the way. He was admitted to Yatharth Hospital in Noida, where he died at 8:30 PM.
