Bengaluru, May 6 -- : Karnataka BJP MLA BP Harish is staring at possible arrest after a special court for elected representatives in Bengaluru issued a warrant against him in connection with a 2023 caste abuse case, citing his failure to appear despite repeated summons.
Special Judge Santosh Gajanan Bhat directed the police to secure the presence of the senior BJP leader and produce him before the court on May 7, escalating the legal heat on the legislator.
