Pune, June 25 -- Senior Vice President of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee and former MLA Mohan Joshi has accused the BJP-led central government of misleading Pune residents by promising to transform the city into a world-class urban center through the Smart City Mission, only to eventually wind up the scheme without delivering the expected results.
