Ranchi, June 21 -- The Jharkhand unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday observed the 12th International Yoga Day across all its 595 organisational mandals in the state, with participation of party leaders, MPs, MLAs and workers.
According to the party, programmes were organised at various locations across Jharkhand, where participants performed yoga exercises and highlighted the importance of adopting yoga as part of daily life.
State BJP president and Rajya Sabha MP Aditya Sahu participated in a yoga programme in Ranchi, while Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi joined an event at Oxygen Park.
