Chandigarh, March 25 -- A high-level delegation of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), spearheaded by Punjab state unit chief Sunil Jakhar, called upon Governor Gulab Chand Kataria on Wednesday to formally demand a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry into the death of State Warehouse Corporation District Manager Gagandeep Singh Randhawa.

The opposition leaders expressed grave concerns over the integrity of the ongoing investigation, asserting that a fair probe is impossible under the current Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) administration, especially when its own cabinet ministers are facing serious allegations.
