Chandigarh, Feb. 24 -- Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader RP Singh has launched a scathing attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Punjab, alleging a massive discrepancy between the state's actual sand mining revenue and the pre-poll promises made by the party leadership.
