Lucknow, Aug. 21 -- Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav has said that insulting farmers is insulting the country and the BJP's atrocity of intimidating farmers across the country by kicking farmers in the face is unforgivable.
The BJP's very character is anti-farmer, he said. Condemning the Uttar Pradesh BJP government's torture of Meerut farmer leaders by using third-degree violence at the police station, he said that this shows how desperate the BJP is due to the fear of defeat.
