Lucknow, Nov. 3 -- Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav today stated that the BJP government is acting unconstitutionally and illegally while referring to Mohammad Azam Khan's arrest by Enforcement Directorate.
"The BJP is committing injustice and atrocities against its political opponents out of vengeance. It is misusing constitutional institutions and killing democracy while fearing the loss of power, the BJP has crossed all limits of injustice and cruelty. The BJP continues to commit injustice and disregards the Constitution and the law," he alleged.
