Bengaluru, June 5 -- The Karnataka unit of Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday triggered a fresh round of political attention with a sweeping organisational overhaul that has placed senior leaders across key regions of the state, a move widely seen as the party shifting into early electoral mobilisation mode.

In a press release issued from the party headquarters, the BJP announced the appointment of state core committee members and senior office-bearers as divisional and district coordinators, assigning them responsibilities to strengthen organisational activities and grassroots coordination.
