Kakinada, Aug. 21 -- The Kakinada district unit of the BJP on Friday demanded immediate action against those allegedly involved in a Rs 500-crore Transferable Development Rights (TDR) bonds scam in the city, citing recommendations of the Vigilance and Enforcement department.
BJP district president Bikkina Visweswerarao, AP Civil Supplies Corporation Director Yenimireddi Malakondaiah and senior party leader Duvvuru Subrahmanyam, addressing a press conference here, alleged that the Vigilance and Enforcement report had been submitted to the state government on April 20, 2026, but no action had been taken so far.
