Thiruvananthapuram, May 14 -- Kerala BJP President Rajeev Chandrasekhar today said that after "11 days of haggling," the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) has announced its Chief Minister nominee in Kerala, adding that while it is each party's prerogative to choose its leader, the circumstances surrounding the decision raise serious concerns.
Chandrasekhar alleged that the decision reflected the influence of what he described as Jamaat-e-Islami and the Indian union Muslim League (IUML), claiming that such developments were "shocking and worrying."He further said that the Congress has "openly entered into an alliance" with Jamaat-e-Islami, which he described as an organisation with "anti-democratic and anti-Constitutional" position...
