Ranchi, May 30 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Nitin Nabin will visit Jharkhand on June 6 and 7, marking his first tour of the state after assuming charge of the party.
State BJP general secretary Amar Kumar Bauri said the party chief would participate in a series of organisational meetings and public outreach programmes during the two-day visit.
According to the schedule, Nitin Nabin will arrive at Ranchi airport at 11.30 am on June 6. He will take part in a plantation drive and pay floral tributes to Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur, tribal icon Birsa Munda and former BJP leader Kailashpati Mishra.
He will subsequently visit the BJP state headquarters and participate in an interaction programme with intellectuals.
