Kakinada, June 24 -- The BJP's Kakinada district unit on Wednesday expressed serious concern over the growing stray dog menace in the city and accused municipal authorities of failing to implement Supreme Court directives aimed at addressing the issue.
The party's criticism followed an incident in Sambamurthy Nagar's Thotapmmavari Veedhi area where four persons, including three children and a woman, were reportedly injured in stray dog attacks during the early hours of the day.
