Agartala, Aug. 17 -- Tripura BJP on Monday announced a state-wide booth verification exercise aimed at re-evaluating the organisational structure and identifying inactive or weak booths at the grassroots level as part of their efforts to strengthen the party base.
BJP Tripura State President, Abhishek Debroy, stated that the verification exercise will cover 60 assembly constituencies and involve necessary steps to reorganise inactive or weak booths.
Organisational changes may be made, and new workers or office-bearers may be assigned responsibilities in booths found to be inactive or weak, as directed by the organisational machinery, he said.
