Shimla, Aug. 17 -- BJP Himachal Pradesh president Rajiv Bindal on Monday accused the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu government of failing to fulfil its employment promises and burdening people with higher taxes, prices and mounting debt. Addressing a press conference at the BJP state headquarters Deepkamal here, Bindal said the Congress had promised one lakh government jobs and five lakh employment opportunities before the 2022 Assembly elections, but nearly four years into the government's tenure, a large number of posts remained vacant and unemployed youth were waiting for recruitment examinations.
