Neeraj BaliChandigarh, Aug. 2 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday carried out another round of organisational changes in Punjab by appointing six new district presidents, signalling its continued focus on strengthening the party's state unit ahead of upcoming political and electoral engagements.
The appointments, cleared by BJP National President Nitin Nabin, were announced by the party's Punjab leadership as part of an exercise to reinforce district-level organisation across key regions of the state. Party insiders said the move is aimed at giving greater momentum to grassroots mobilisation and expanding the BJP's footprint in Punjab.
