Mumbai, Sept. 23 -- The BJP officially announced here on Wednesday that Baijayant Jai Panda is appointed as the BJP in-charge of Maharashtra, while former BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya, Sadanand Tanawade and Kamaljit Sehrawat are appointed as co-in-charges of the party in Maharashtra.
Amit Malviya was removed from the post of the BJP's IT cell chief a few days ago and replaced by Deepak Mhaske from Maharashtra, who is the new BJP IT cell chief.
Some senior leaders from Maharashtra were assigned new responsibilities as part of an internal organisational reshuffle.
