Mumbai, Aug. 22 -- Maharashtra Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief spokesperson Navnath Ban has alleged that Congress is using money to mobilise crowds and promote Rahul Gandhi's upcoming Pune programme, 'Chhatron Ki Goonj', describing it as a "paid political programme".
Addressing reporters, Ban claimed that people were not attending Rahul Gandhi's programmes spontaneously and alleged that Congress was offering money to mobilise crowds and generate favourable social media coverage.
