Hyderabad, May 25 -- Telangana BJP State President N. Ramchander Rao on Monday accused the Congress government in the state of failing to ensure proper paddy procurement arrangements, resulting in severe hardships for farmers across Telangana.

Addressing the media during a visit to procurement centres in Vikarabad district, Ramchander Rao said a delegation of BJP MLAs, MLCs and MPs toured several centres to express solidarity with farmers and assess the ground situation firsthand.
