Dharamshala, July 25 -- Himachal Pradesh BJP spokesperson Rakesh Sharma on Friday launched a sharp attack on Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi over his remarks against union Minister J.P. Nadda, alleging that the Congress regime witnessed widespread paper leaks and the sale of fake educational degrees.

In a statement issued from Dharamshala, Sharma claimed that the "file on fake degrees sold during the Congress rule is enormous" and alleged that several paper leak incidents occurred during Congress governments. He said the Narendra Modi-led Central Government had taken stringent action against all those involved in the NEET paper leak case.
