Dharamshala, April 24 -- Former Industries Minister Bikram Thakur launched a scathing attack on the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh, alleging that its governance has been marked by inconsistency, weak leadership and administrative paralysis.
Addressing the media in Dharamshala, Thakur said the state government has developed a pattern of taking decisions only to reverse them under public pressure, describing it as a "decision first, U-turn later" approach.
