Patna, May 13 -- In a major push to strengthen law and order and modernise police infrastructure, Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today said that administrative approval has been granted for construction of new police station buildings in eight districts of the state.

Choudhary said the initiative is aimed at enhancing policing efficiency and ensuring better safety and services for the public. "The state government is committed to strengthening the law and order system by providing modern infrastructure and facilities to the police force," he said.

He said that the approved projects include construction of police station buildings equipped with modern amenities to improve operational efficiency and public interface.
