Patna, Aug. 16 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Sunday announced plans to construct more than 100 new bus stands to strengthen public transport infrastructure.

Choudhary made the announcements while unveiling a life-size statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel near the New Borwa Bus Stand in Jhajha block of Jamui district.

Paying tribute to the Iron Man of India, the Chief Minister said Patel's determination, patriotism and commitment to national unity and integrity would remain an inspiration for generations.
