Patna, Aug. 16 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today directed officials to accelerate work on developing new airports and air facilities across the state, saying improved air connectivity would give fresh momentum to tourism, trade, industry, investment, employment and overall economic activity.
Choudhary reviewed the state's regional air connectivity plans in the context of Version 6.0 of the Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS) under the revised UDAN scheme, notified by the union Ministry of Civil Aviation.
